At Van Adventure Gear, honesty matters more than hype.

Some of the links on this website are affiliate links. This simply means that if you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you.

Think of it like buying us a brew while we test gear in the rain ☕

What this means for you

• You don’t pay anything extra
• Prices stay exactly the same
• We may earn a small commission to help run the site

These commissions help cover things like:

• testing gear on real trips
• campsite fees
• keeping the website running
• and far too many cups of campsite coffee

Our promise

We only recommend gear that:

✔ We’ve tested ourselves
✔ We’d genuinely use on our own trips
✔ We’d suggest to friends and family

If something’s rubbish, we won’t pretend it’s great just to earn a few pennies. Bad kit ruins adventures — and we’re not about that.

Our reviews are based on real-world use in proper UK weather, not just specs from a box.
